1.1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of It Devices: 2 Workstations, 4 Curved Monitors, 1 Field Tablet.1.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Transfer Of Ownership Rights To The Ordering Party And The Delivery Of Complete It Equipment To The Ordering Party And Its Delivery To The Ordering Partys Registered Office: 58-200 Dzierżoniów, Rynek 1 Room 38 On The Days And Hours Of Its Working Hours.1.2.1. The Equipment Constituting The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Complete, Unused, Technically Functional, Delivered In The Original Packaging, Which Must Be Intact And Have Security Measures Used By The Manufacturer Along With The Cables Needed For Operation. The Equipment Must Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects And Must Meet Safety Standards Specified By Law.1.2.2. The Delivered Equipment Is Required To Have Current Approvals, Certificates, Warranty Cards And User Manuals, Quality Certificates, And Declarations Of Conformity Valid In The Eu. 1.2.3. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Will Come From The Manufacturers Authorized Distribution Channels, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of The Warranty Rights Specified In § 5 Of The Draft Contract. All Ict Products Offered As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be Free From Vulnerabilities And Risks Identified In The Decisions Of The Relevant Cybersecurity Authorities. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Fully Consistent With The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System.1.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Minimum Parameters And Quantities Are Specified In Annex 5 To Swz.1.4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Service, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Perform The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include: - Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; - An Ict Product Whose Type Was Specified In The Decision To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision. Failure To Meet The Above Requirement Results In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Or Point 19 Of The Public Procurement Law.
