1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Rescue Service Of The Milenium Swimming Pool At Ul. Łopuskiego 38 At The Municipal Sports And Recreation Center In Kołobrzeg.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 7 To Swz.3. Common Procurement Vocabulary Cpv: 71317200-5 Health And Safety Services75252000-7 Emergency Services4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Subject Of This Order Is A Uniform, Continuous Water Rescue Service Performed At One Facility, In One Place And In One Coherent Organizational Regime. The Service Requires Constant Lifeguard Staff Throughout The Entire Time The Pool Is Open, Ongoing Coordination Of The Teams Work, Uniform Rules For Supervising The Safety Of People Using The Facility, And Continuous Responsibility Of One Contractor For The Proper Performance Of The Entire Service. Dividing The Order Into Parts Would Not Be Justified For Technical, Organizational And Economic Reasons. In Particular, It Could Lead To The Dispersion Of Responsibility For Staffing Shifts, Hinder The Ongoing Planning Of Replacements And Supervision, Create A Risk Of Inconsistency In The Organization Of The Work Of Rescuers And Complicate The Settlement Of Benefits. The Order Is Of A Homogeneous Nature, And Its Proper Execution Requires Uniform Management Of The Entire Service Implementation Process.
