The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Preparation Of Expert Opinions On The Technical Condition Of Facilities Along With The Necessary Architectural And Construction Inventory, With The Main Emphasis Of The Study Being Placed On The Structural Analysis And Assessment Of The Possibility Of Using The Facilities For Civil Protection Functions In The Area Of ​​Grodzisk Mazowiecki. The Order Concerns The Following Facilities: 1. School And Kindergarten Complex No. 2 Ul. W. Westfala 3, 05-825 Grodzisk Maz.2. Kindergarten No. 7 Ul. Mikołaja Kopernika 15, 05-825 Grodzisk Maz.3. Primary School No. 6, Named After Szarych Szeregów, 05-825 Grodzisk Maz., Ul. Sportowa 31 4. School And Kindergarten Complex No. 1, Ul. Zielony Rynek 2, 05-825 Grodzisk Maz.5. Primary School No. 5, Ul. L. Zondka 6, 05-825 Grodzisk Maz. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. In Terms Of The Technical Condition Assessment: • The Technical Condition Assessment Should Assess The Technical Condition Of The Building, The Strength Of Structural Elements And Structural Connections With Neighboring Facilities. • The Expert Opinion Should Include A Tabular Reference (Mapping) Of The State. In The Technical Condition Assessment, A Clear Division Should Be Made Between Renovation Works And Works Constituting The Scope Of Reconstruction Works Of The Facility, Indicating The Order Of Implementation And The Impact On The Further Use Of The Facility. • If It Is Determined That The Need To Reconstruct The Facility Is Determined, The Direction Of Solutions For Future Design Works Should Be Indicated. When Determining The Scope Of Work Necessary To Carry Out In Order To Bring The Facility Or Its Parts To The Proper Condition, Efforts Should Be Made To Apply Economically Justified Solutions.
