Equipment To Be Removed: • Dismantling Of The Existing Playground Equipment2. Works To Be Performed: • Preparation Of The Area For A New Playground Equipment • Construction Of A Safe Zone Of Sand, • The Device Must Be Constructed In Accordance With The Applicable Pn-En 1176 Standard; • Delivery And Assembly: A) Information Board, B) Metal Bench With Backrest – 3 Pieces, C) Spring-Loaded Helicopter Rocker, D) Spring-Loaded Duck Rocker, E) Double Dragonfly Swing, F) Triple Metal Swing, G) Wooden Sandbox Made Of Bales, H) Waste Bin - 1 Piece. The Detailed Scope Of The Investment Is Presented In The Design Documentation, Which Is An Attachment To This Tender Procedure. The Parameters Provided, Including Dimensions, Describing Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Constitute The Output Data. The Ordering Party Allows A Tolerance Of ± 10 Cm For Playground Equipment, Benches And Waste Bins. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws 2026, Item 524, As Amended) Along With Implementing Regulations, Standards, Instructions From Manufacturers Of The Equipment And Materials Used, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice. The Materials Provided And Used By The Contractor Should Meet The Quality Requirements For Products Approved For Trading And Use In Construction, Specified In Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws 2026, Item 524, As Amended). Additionally, The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be In Accordance With All Legal Acts Applicable To The Subject Of The Order, With Technical And Construction Regulations, Applicable Standards And Guidelines.
