The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Called Catering Service - Meals For 15 Participants Of The Center For Support And Activation Of The Elderly In Czernichów. As Part Of The Catering Service, The Contractor Will: - Prepare And Deliver Meals And Drinks To The Headquarters Of The Center For The Support And Activation Of The Elderly In Czernichów, 32-061 Rybna Ul. Aleksandry Polańska 6, In Accordance With The Order Placed By The Ordering Party, On Working Days From Monday To Friday, For Approximately 100 Days, I.E. A Maximum Of 1,500 Sets; - Prepare A Monthly Menu* Including Allergens, Which Must Be Signed By The Dietitian Responsible For Its Development; The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Consult And Verify The Menu; - Prepare Meals On The Day Of Providing Catering Services; - Prepare Meals Based On Fresh Products Of The First Quality, Dishes And Hot Drinks Should Be At The Appropriate Temperature At The Time Of Serving; - Prepare Dishes From High-Quality, Fresh, Natural, Minimally Processed Ingredients, With A Limited Amount Of Preservatives, Thickeners, Coloring Or Artificially Flavored Substances. Meals Will Not Be Made From Instant Products, E.G. Powdered Soups And Sauces In Meals Or Ready-Made Products. - Will Ensure The Provision Of Catering Services Using Disposable Dishes, I.E. Will Deliver Breakfasts And Lunches In Disposable Containers Separately For Each Participant; - Will Provide 3-Ply Paper Napkins; - Will Establish A Menu For Individual Days With The Ordering Party; - Will Take Into Account At Least Two Types Of Menus: A Diet Dedicated To Seniors And A Diet For People With Special Needs (E.G. Diabetic Diet, Fat-Free), The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About The Number Of Special Diets Within A Period Of At Least 3 Days Before The Start Of The Service; - Will Collect Waste Related To The Provision Of The Service On The Day Of Its Creation (E.G. Disposable Tableware And Containers); - Will Store Food Samples For At Least 72 Hours From The End Of Serving Meals In Accordance With The Food And Nutrition Safety Act And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of April 17, 2007 On The Collection And Storage Of Food Samples By Closed Type Mass Catering Establishments;* The Contractor Will Present The Menu For The First Month Of Contract Implementation Within 2 Days Working Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, But No Later Than Before The Commencement Of Deliveries; A Detailed Description And Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
