1. The Subject Of The Order Is Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The 2026/2027 Season In The Skrzyszów Commune, In Order To Ensure Passability And Fluidity Of Road Traffic On The Roads Managed By The Commune, In The Villages Of: Ładna, Łękawica, Pogórska Wola, Skrzyszów And Szynwałd, As Well As Snow Removal And Maintenance Of Squares And Parking Lots.2. The Scope Of Work Includes Removing And Combating Slipperiness On An Ongoing Basis, As Needed (Snowfall, Freezing Precipitation Causing Black Ice) On The Entire Width Of The Road (Including Bus Bays) Listed In Annex No. 9 To The Swz In Accordance With The Established Sequence In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Eliminating Slipperiness (Sanding), Delivery Of A Slag And Sand Mixture To Designated Places In Individual Towns For Manual Sprinkling By The Residents Themselves (Users) Of Roads (In Accordance With The List Set Out In Annex No. 11 To The Swz), Maintaining The Patency Of Sewage Grates During The Snowmelt Period, Cleaning Road Surfaces And Sidewalks From Materials After Winter Road Maintenance, And One-Time Cleaning Of Sewage Grates Sedimentation Tanks From Sand And Slag-Sand Mixture.3. The Ordering Party Stipulates That During Snow Removal Works, It Is Strictly Prohibited To Cover Sidewalks And Bus Bays With Snow Removed From The Road.4. All Snow Removal Work Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Technical Specification Constituting Annex No. 10 Of The Swz And The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of October 27, 2005 On The Types And Conditions Of Use Of Agents That May Be Used On Public Roads, Streets And Squares (Journal Of Laws No. 230, Item 1960).5. The Contractor Shall Bear Full And Exclusive Civil Liability For Any Damage To The Property And Health Of Third Parties Resulting From The Movement Of Vehicles And Activities Carried Out In Connection With The Implementation Of This Subject Of The Order.
