Regulatory Framework: Services Must Be Provided In Strict Accordance With The Following Regulatory Legal Acts Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan: Law Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan Dated July 9, 2004 No. 588-Ii “On Electric Power Industry”; “Rules For Obtaining Passports Of Readiness For Work In The Autumn-Winter Period By Energy Producing And Energy Transmission Organizations”, Approved By Order Of The Minister Of Energy Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan Dated February 2, 2015 No. 55; “Rules For Conducting Energy Expertise”, Approved By Order Of The Minister Of Energy Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan Dated February 3, 2015 No. 59; “Requirements For Expert Organizations To Carry Out Energy Expertise”, Approved By Order Of The Minister Of Energy Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan Dated May 24, 2016 No. 218. Scope And Content Of Services: The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out A Set Of Measures For Expert Examination, Including Analysis Of Technical, Design, Executive And Operational Documentation For Main And Auxiliary Equipment, Buildings And Structures Of The Bmk, Pumping Stations And Heating Network. Mandatory Condition (On-Site Inspection): All Measurements, Collection Of Initial Data, Instrumental And Visual Inspection Of Equipment, Buildings, Structures And Heating Networks Must Be Carried Out By The Contractor Strictly With The Obligatory Actual Visit Of Specialists To The Customer’S Site At The Address Specified In Paragraph 2. Carrying Out An Examination Remotely (“Office”) Using The Provided Documents Is Strictly Not Allowed. To Record The Fact Of A Field Survey, The Contractor Is Obliged To Draw Up A Visual And Instrumental Survey Report, Signed By Authorized Representatives Of The Customer Directly At The Work Site, And Also Attach Mandatory Photographic Materials To The Final Report (Displaying The Date, Time Of Shooting And The Equipment/Network Sections Being Inspected).
