The Contracting Authority Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Supplier In Accordance With § 132 Of The Act. On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Concluded With One Supplier, The Contracting Authority Shall Award A Public Contract On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement, Always Based On A Written Invitation To Submit A Bid For A Public Contract And Conclude The Order. The Contracting Authority Will Implement Individual Public Contracts On The Basis Of Orders Concluded According To Its Operational Needs, Which The Selected Supplier Is Obliged To Fulfill Without Reservation At Any Time. Fulfillment Of The Framework Agreement Is Not Conditional On Any Minimum Subscription. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of Plush, Plastic And Wooden Toys With Animal Motifs, Stationery, Tableware And Textiles. (The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Not The Supply Of Advertising And Branded Goods.)
