This Announcement Is An Information Request. We Are Surveying The Market And Ask You To Let Us Know If You Have Labeling Devices In Your Selection With The Following Features: The Smallest Possible, Automatic And Simple Device. The Device Does Not Have To Be Fully Automatic, It May Also Require Staff Actions During Labeling, For Example When Moving Bottles. The Labeling Device/Device Application Should Have The Option To Save Different Label Templates, Which Can Be Modified With The Batch Number And Duration. The Location Is Possibly In Class D Cleanrooms. The Capacity Of The Device Must Be Sufficient For A Manufacturing Batch Of At Least 200–400 Lagenula. 1-2 Batches Are Made Per Day. Lagenulas Are Round-Bottomed Bottles With A Body Height Of About 4 Cm And A Total Height Of About 7 Cm. The Diameter Of The Base Is About 4 Cm. Currently, Labels (Stickers) Are Used, The Size Of Which Is Approximately 4X7 Cm, And The Required Information Fits Into This Size (Name Of The Drug, Pharmaceutical Form, Strength, Raw Materials And Quantities, Instructions For Use, Batch, Shelf Life). Lagenulas Are Made Of Glass. The Neck Part Has A Metal Reinforcement And The Head Has A Rubber Plug That Is Covered With A Seal. The Weight Of The Ready-To-Use Lagenula Is A Maximum Of 50 G/Lagenula. Requirements For The Software Of The Device When Using Pohtis Standardized Workstation: The Application Must Be Compatible And Fully Functional In All Enterprise Versions Of The Microsoft Windows Workstation Operating System, Which Are Covered By Microsofts Official Life Cycle Support (Microsoft Lifecycle Policy) At The Time Of Purchase And Throughout The Contract Period. The Pohti Currently Uses The Windows 11 Enterprise 23H2 Operating System Version. The Application Works On The Workstation, Where Windows Defender Is Used As Antivirus Without Creating Exception Rules For Antivirus. The Application Must Be Able To Be Installed In The Path C:\Program Files (X86) Or C:\Program Files . The Programs To Be Installed In The System Must Be Digitally Signed. The Application Works With The Users Basic Access Rights. The Use Of The Application Does Not Require System Administrator Rights. An Installation Package Suitable For Centralized Software Distribution (E.G. .Msi) Is Delivered From The Application To Be Installed. User Authentication: It Is Recommended To Use Ad Integration That Supports Modern Authentication Network Requirements (Either One Or Both Of The Options): Wireless Network The Device Can Use Ieee 802.11N Or Ac Standard Local Network. -The Device Supports Certificate-Based Authentication Or, Alternatively, Wpa2/Psk Wlan Encryption If Agreed Separately. -Security / Encryption Key Characters Must Be Hideable In The Settings. -The Network Card Of The Device Has A Mac Address, Which Is Not Virtual And Cannot Be Edited. The Mac Address Will Be Used To Allow Network Traffic Rights. Fixed Network - Connection To The Hospitals Fixed Ethernet Network, Network Settings Must Be Configurable (E.G. Ip Address. Gateway, Subnet Mask, Dhcp) - The Network Card Of The Device Has A Mac Address, Which Is Not Virtual And Cannot Be Edited. The Mac Address Will Be Used To Allow Network Traffic. The Purchasing Services Of The Northern Ostrobothnia Welfare Area (Pohde) Will Not Make A Purchase Based On This Request For Information, But Use This Request For Information To Map The Labeling Devices On The Market And Their Providers.
