By Setting Up The Dynamic Purchasing System (Das), The Contracting Authority Aims To Be Able To Award Further Contracts For Geotechnical Investigations And Advisory Services For Its Work In A Simple And Rapid Manner With An Estimated Contract Value Greater Than € 50,000 Excl. Vat. Further Assignments Below This Threshold Can Be Awarded Privately By The Contracting Authority Outside The Das, In Accordance With Its Purchasing And Tendering Policy. For This Das, A Maximum Contract Value Of €6,500,000 X Uncertainty Factor* 1.5 = €9,750,000 (Excl. Vat) Is Assumed For The Total Maximum Term (12 Years). *Uncertainty Factor: Contracting Authority Chooses An Uncertainty Factor Of 1.5 On Top Of The Estimate Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Considers This Factor Justified In View Of The Current Economic Circumstances, The Term Of The Das And D.
