Descriptionøksnes Municipalitys Property Management (Client) Enters Into A Framework Agreement For Carpentry Work With Associated Material Related To The Management, Operation And Maintenance Of The Municipalitys Building Portfolio. The Properties Primarily Include Purpose-Built Buildings Such As Schools, Nurseries, Nursing Homes, Care Homes And Administration Buildings Located Within The Municipality. The Client Is Responsible For Management, Operation And Maintenance Of Approx. 33 Buildings With A Total Area Of ​​Approx. 37,000 M². Calls For Tenders Will Mainly Include Smaller Investment And Maintenance Projects Based On The Current Action And Financial Plan. The Contract Work Includes All Types Of Carpentry Work, Including Facade Work, Internal Walls, Damage Limitation After Burglary/Vandalism, Replacement Of Doors And Windows, Wet Room Work, Fire Protection/Sealing, Conversion, Additions, Rehabilitation, Refurbishment, As Well As Design Work Associated With Such Assignments. In Addition, This Includes Material Deliveries, Proper Handling And Disposal Of Demolition Materials, Necessary Security Measures For Personnel And Users, As Well As, If Necessary, Construction Site Administration And Progress Control By Subcontractors. Some Calls May Also Include Minor Concrete Work, Iron Binding, Formwork, Bricklaying, Plastering And Tile Work, Cardboard Laying And Simple Plumber Work Related To Carpentry Assignments.
