Auditing Services – Internal Audit Services. The Internal Audit Services Are Tendered As A Procurement Ring For The Five Customers Mentioned In This Request For Tender. Each Customer Has Its Own Procurement Contract With The Service Providers Selected In The Procurement Procedure. In The Procurement, A Framework Arrangement Is Established To Provide Internal Audit Services. The Framework Arrangement Applies To General Internal Inspection And Verification Services, And A Maximum Of Three (3) Suppliers Who Have Submitted The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Will Be Selected For It. Two (2) Suppliers Who Have Submitted The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Will Be Selected For The Contract With Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy. This Is Described And Detailed By Customer In More Detail In The Attachments Of The Request For Tender. The Framework Arrangement Ensures The Support Of The Management And Administration Of The Participating Organizations In The Evaluation And Development Of Risk Management, Internal Control And Good Governance. The Agreement Enables The Internal Audit Function To Be Fully Or Partially Outsourced, And The Subscribers Can Also Acquire Expert Resources To Support Their Own Audit Functions. The Subject Of The Procurement Are Internal Control, Risk Management And Good Governance Evaluations, Process And Project Audits, It/Ict Data Protection And Information Security Audits, Regulatory And Compliance Audits, Liability-Related Audits, Financial Process Audits, Fraud And Abuse-Related Evaluations, Audits And Investigations, And Internal Audit Advisory Services (E.G. Quality Assessment, Function Development And Training). The Procurement Is Described In More Detail Below In The Tender Documents. The Estimated Annual Value Of The Acquisition Excluding Vat Is 155,000 Euros. The Maximum Vat-Free Value Of The Framework Arrangement For A Period Of Four (4) Years Is 620,000 Euros. The Contract Period Of The Pirkanmaa Welfare Area, Tuomi Logistiikka Oy, Tampereen Infra Oy And Tampereen Raitiotie Oy Starts On 1 November 2026. The Contract Is Valid For A Limited Period Until 31 December 2028. After The Actual Contract Period, The Customer Has The Right To Extend The Contract As An Option Period Valid Until Further Notice. The Subscriber Decides On The Implementation Of The Option Period. The Option Period Will Only Come Into Effect If The Customer Notifies The Option Period Before The End Of The Actual Contract Period. In The Option Period, The Same Contract Terms Apply As In The Actual Contract Period. Contrary To The Above, The Contract Period Of Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy Starts On November 1, 2026 And Is Valid Until Further Notice. The Documents Presented As An Attachment To The Request For Tenders Are Divided As Follows: - Tuomi Logistiikka Oy, Tampereen Infra Oy, Tampereen Raitiotie Oy And Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy Are Concerned With Tenders 1, 3, 4, 4.1, 6, 8, 8.1, 9 And 10. - Pirkanmaa Welfare Area Is Concerned With Tenders 2, 5, 7, 8, 8.1, 9 And 10. Appendices Are Identified For Each Company In The Contract Phase By The Customer.
