According To The Prepared Technical Project For The Reconstruction Of A Site Sewage Branch On The Territory Of The Bas Complex - Iv Km, Slatina - So Area. The Existing Sewer Branch Does Not Have Sufficient Hydraulic Conductivity And It Is Planned To Be Reconstructed By Increasing Its Diameter In A Certain Section, As Provided In The Technical Project. The Reconstruction Of A Site Sewerage Branch Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Current Bulgarian Legislation And In Particular In Compliance With The Provisions Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut), The Public Procurement Act (Ppa), The Environmental Protection Act (Epa) And The Obligations And Contracts Act. The Contractors Work Includes, But Is Not Limited To: Provision Of Personnel, Materials, Equipment, Machinery And Construction Machinery To Perform The Work. Removal At Your Own Expense Of All Defects (If Any) During The Warranty Period And Preparation Of The Necessary Documents. Protection Of Workplaces And Areas Near Them From Contamination And Damage Of Any Kind. The Generated Waste Should Be Managed By The Contractor In Accordance With The Environmental Protection Act.
