Construction Supervision Services - Supervision Services For The Execution Of The Investment Objective Moderate Energy Renovation Of The Arad County Emergency Clinical Hospital Building - Stage Ii.. The General Objective Of These Services Is To Supervise The Execution Of The Renovation/Construction Works So That These Works Are Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Respective Contract, With The Relevant Romanian Legislation In Force, With Good Practices And Are Completed Within The Contractual Terms, Ensuring The Appropriate Preparation, Distribution And Preservation Of The Documents Provided For Both In The Contract For The Execution Of Construction Works And In The Terms Of Reference. The Specific Objective Is To Provide Site Supervision/Management Services That Will Consist In The Verification And Monitoring Of The Execution Of Modernization/Construction Works, By Specialized Technical Personnel, Authorized According To The Provisions Of The Order Of The Minister Of Regional Development And Tourism No. 1496/2011, So As To Ensure That A High Quality Of The Construction Is Achieved Within The Established Time Frame And Budget, And That All Works Are Carried Out In Accordance With The Approved Technical Project, The Specifications Technical, Performance Specifications And The Approved Work Program, As Follows: • Rehabilitation Of Body C7 - Ground Floor And First Floor • Thermal Rehabilitation Of The Heating System/Hot Water Supply System - Ground Floor And Floor Of Body C7; • Installation/Rehabilitation/Modernization Of Air Conditioning And/Or Mechanical Ventilation Systems To Ensure Indoor Air Quality - Ground Floor And First Floor Of Building C7; • Rehabilitation/Modernization Of Lighting Installations - Ground Floor And First Floor Of Building C7; • Modernization Of Technical Systems, Including In Order To Prepare Building Bodies For Intelligent Solutions - Ground Floor And Floor C7 Body; • Rehabilitation Of Medical Fluid Installations (Oxygen Installations) - Located On The Ground Floor And Floor Of Building C7; • Interior Repartitioning In Order To Organize The Sanitary Groups In The Ground Floor And Floor C7 Halls; Taking Into Account The Specificity Of The Investment Object, According To Art. 13 Para. (3) From Law No. 10/1991 On Quality In Constructions, Republished, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Verification Of The Quality Of The Works Executed For The Realization Of The Constructions And Of The Interventions On The Existing Constructions, For Which, Under The Conditions Of The Law, Building Or Demolition Permits Are Issued, Is Mandatory And Is Carried Out By The Investors Through Authorized Site Managers, Who Are Employees Of The Investors And Through Authorized Technical Managers With The Execution, Employees Of Executors. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 160 Paragraph (1) Of Law No. 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Deadline By Which Any Interested Economic Operator Has The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information In Relation To The Award Documentation Is A Maximum Of 20 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers, And The Deadline By Which The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests
