Tender for Vadodara Division: Provision Of Fencing For High Masts At Various Locations/Stations Over Vadodara Division. , - Fabrication, Supply And Erection Of G.I. Pipe Fencing Around The High Mast - Providing Circular/Octagonal Fencing Around The High Mast. The Scope Of Work Is As Under - 1. Fabrication, Supply And Erection Of Fencing With M.S. Angle And G.I. Expanded Metal Mesh (Xpm), Around The High Mast Periphery Including Earthwork Excavation, Cc Foundation Etc. As Advised By The Site Engineer. 2. Four Numbers Of M.S. Angles Of Size 75 X 75 X 6 Mm Shall Be Erected At Equidistant Around The High Mast By Providing Proper Cement Concrete Foundation In The Ratio Of 1:3:6. 3. The M.S. Angles Shall Be Approximately 600 Mm Below And 1500 Mm Above The Ground Level. The M.S. Angles Shall Be Supplied With A Mounting Base Suitable For Grouting. The Height Of 200 Mm Above Ground Level Of Cement Concrete Foundation For The Pipes Shall Be Maintained. M.S. Angles Shall Be Grouted In The Foundation In Such A Way That It Shall Not Be Possible To Remove It Easily By Any Unauthorized Person. 4. The Distance Of The Fencing From The High Mast Shall Be Such That, The Fence Shall Cover The Entire Peripheral Area Of The Lantern Carriage Of The High Mast Along With The Flood Light Fittings. 5. G.I. Expanded Metal Mesh Shall Be Welded Around The Pipes. 6. Dimensions Of G.I. Expanded Metal Mesh Shall Be - Swm X Lwm - 20 X 40 Mm, Strand Width - 2.0 Mm And Thickness - 2.0 Mm 7. The M.S. Angles And Wire Mesh Shall Be Treated With Rust Proofing And Painted With Two Coats Of Anti-Corrosive Red Oxide Primer And Final Two Coats Of Stove Enamelled Yellow Paint With Powder Coating Process. 8. The Fencing Enclosure Shall Be Provided With Locking Arrangement And Pad Lock Of Not Less Than 75.0 Mm Of Godrej Make. 9. A Prototype Of The Fencing Shall Be Got Approved From Site Engineer Before Commencing The Work. 10. It Should Be Ensured That The Work Is Carried Out In Such A Way That Cattle Or Human Being Shall Not Be Able To Enter The Fenced Area.
