Specifications, As Per The Detailed Scope Of Work Defined Under Tender Conditions And As Directed By The Npcil Engineer.Note: Work Inlcudes Carrying Out Layout Planning For The Specified Plot Area Including Fixing Of Plinth Levels Of Building Vis-A-Vis Natural Ground Profile, Designing And Detailing Of Extrenal Infrastructure And Services Pertaining To Civil (Roads, Retaining Walls, Boundary Wall, Approach R S, Shoulders, Drains Etc.), Water Supply (Inlcuding Oht), Electrical (Power Cabling, Area Lighting, Street Lighting Etc.), Sewerage, Area Development And Landscaping, Street Signage Etc. And Preparing Detailed Working Drawings As Per The Provisions Of Relevant Indian Standards And Direction Of Npcil Engineer. , Site Visit Of Consultant (Beyond Free Visits During Design Phase) During Construction Period For Inspection Of Work And Resolution Of Site Related Issues, If Required.
