The Following Construction Works Are Expected To Be Carried Out As Part Of The Task: • Demolition Of Existing Sports Facilities (Volleyball Court And Long Jump), • Demolition Of The Existing Hardening Of The Area That Interferes With The Investment Plan, • Adjustment And Protection Of Utilities, • Earthworks Of A Trough For The Surface And Drainage, • Construction Of A Pitch Surface And A Sand Landing Area And Installation Of Sports Equipment, • Construction Of An Access Road With Small-Sized Concrete Elements, • Construction Ball Catchers.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Consists Of Design Documentation (Annex No. 1 To The Swz) And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Annex No. 1 To The Swz), Which Should Be Used According To The Scope. The Bill Of Quantities (Annex No. 5 To The Swz), Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Remuneration, Is Only Of Auxiliary Nature.3. The Type Of Materials Included In The Documentation Is Only Exemplary. In Each Case Where Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Appear In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, It Should Be Considered Non-Binding - In Each Such Case, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials, I.E. Having The Same Or No Worse Features And Parameters Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order For This Material.
