A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program - Constituting Annex 4 To The Swz. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Stages: Stage I - Design: A) Preparation Of Design Documentation To The Extent Consistent With The Requirements Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, Development Conditions No. 470/2025 Of October 21, 2025, Case Number Gpo.6730.470.2025, And The Arrangements And Deviations Necessary To Prepare This Documentation.
