The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Wysoka Street, Including Milling The Existing Surface And Laying A New Bituminous Road Surface On The Section From The Intersection With Wieniec Street To The Intersection With Lisek Street. The Scope Of The Order Includes: I. Preparatory Works: The Order Includes The Following Basic Works: A. Development And Implementation Of The Temporary Change Of Traffic Organization Project; B. Measurement Works.Ii. Demolition Works: The Order Includes The Following Basic Works: A. Milling The Bituminous Surface To A Depth Of Up To 8 Cm And Transporting The Debris To The Contractors Landfill; B. Dismantling Concrete Curbs On A Cement-Sand Base; C. Dismantling Concrete Benches For Curbs And Edges; D. Removal Of Sprayed Rubble By Self-Unloading Vehicles For A Distance Of Up To 10 Km, With Management Of The Rubble By The Contractor. Iii. Setting Curbsthe Order Includes The Following Basic Works: A. Concrete Footings With Support For Concrete Curbs C12/15; B. Protruding Concrete Curbs With Dimensions Of 15X30 Cm On A Cement-Sand Ballast; Iv. Bituminous Works: The Order Includes The Following Basic Works: A. Mechanical Cleaning Of Milled Road Surface; B. Sprinkling Milled Road Surfaces With Asphalt; C. Laying A Leveling Layer Of The Mineral And Asphalt Mixture Ac16w Kr4 - In The Amount Of 100 Kg/M2; D. Mechanical Cleaning Of Road Surface Improved With Bitumen;E. Surface Made Of Ac 11S Kr4 Mineral-Bituminous Mixtures. The Wearing Course Is 4 Cm Thick After Compaction. V. Finishing Works: The Order Includes The Following Basic Works: A. Vertical Adjustment Of Manholes For Underground Devices - Sewer Manholes, Rainwater Inlets, Water And Gas Valves;B. Making Thick-Layer Horizontal Markings With 3 Mm Thick Thermoplastic Mass, Smooth With Microspheres; C. Topsoiling And Sowing Green Areas With A Topsoil Layer Of 10 Cm; D. Preparation Of An As-Built Inventory. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Technical Requirements For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Technologies And Scope Of Work, Were Specified In The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And In The Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annex No. To Be Rebuilt, Which Will Be Assessed By The Supervision Inspector At The Time Of Their Acquisition On The Construction Site, Are The Property Of The City Of Włocławek. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular Their Delivery In An Orderly Form (E.G.
