Each Order Of The Ordering Party Will Be Placed In The Form Of An E-Mail Specifying The Product Range, Quantity, Date And Place Of Delivery. The Supplier Is Obliged To Confirm The Order By E-Mail. Deliveries Will Be Made Within 5 Business Days From The Date Of Order Placement. The Supplier Will Ensure Regularity And Punctuality Of Deliveries Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. The Supplier Undertakes To Deliver The Goods At His Own Expense And Risk, Ensuring Proper Transport To Guarantee Safe And Fault-Free Delivery. One-Time Order Quantity - Not Less Than: • 80,028 Pcs. (One Full Transport) Of Type A Bottles; • 69,732 Pcs. (One Full Transport) Of Type B Bottles. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right Under This Order. Under The Option Right, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Purchase Additional Quantities Of Bottles If The Customers Needs Are Greater Than The Indicated Estimated Quantity. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Increase The Subject Of The Order To The Maximum Specified Quantity Under The Option Right, However, With The Proviso That This Is His Right, Which He May, But Does Not Have To Use (In Part Or In Full, Depending On Needs).
