The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Veterinary Care Services For Homeless Animals And Free-Living Cats In The Ursynów District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw.I. General Assumptions Of The Order1) The Contractor Must Accept Animals And Perform Services Covered By The Zlz Order Within The Meaning Of The Act Of December 18, 2003 On Animal Medical Facilities.2) The Contractor Who Undertakes To Provide Veterinary Care Services For Stray Animals And Free-Living Cats Must Be Properly Prepared For This. For This Purpose, Experience And Skills In Dealing With Free-Living And Stray Animals Are Necessary, In Particular Anticipating The Reactions Of Animals Under Stress Or Aggressive. 3) Free-Living (Wild) Animals, In Accordance With Art. 4 Points 21 Of The Act Of 21 August 1997 On Animal Protection, Are Non-Domesticated Animals Living In Conditions Independent Of Humans. For Art. 21 Above According To The Act, Free-Living Animals Constitute A National Good And Should Be Provided With Conditions For Development And Free Existence.4) Social Guardians Of Free-Living Cats (Hereinafter Referred To As Guardians) Are Persons Included In The Database Of Social Guardians Of Free-Living Cats, Run By The Department Of Environmental Protection For The Ursynów District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw (Hereinafter Referred To As Woś), Providing Voluntary And Free Care For Free-Living Cats By Feeding Them And Taking Care Of Their Well-Being. 5) Keepers Have The Right To Full Information About The Animals Health Condition And Treatments Performed By The Animal Treatment Facility (Hereinafter: Zlz). Ii. Scope Of The Orderthe Order Includes The Provision Of Veterinary Services Listed In The Price Form (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz, Which Is Also Attachment No. 2 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract). The Expected Quantities Of Individual Treatments During The Term Of The Contract Given In The Attachment Are Indicative Quantities And May Change (Increase Or Decrease) During The Period Of Execution Of The Order - According To The Actual Needs During The Term Of The Contract, While The Total Maximum Value Of All Veterinary Services Actually Performed Will Not Exceed The Total Offer Price Of The Selected Contractor With Whom The Contract Will Be Signed.
