Tenders are invited for Provision of Venue Hosting Services for Training Activities Closing Date: Sunday, 16. Aug 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Training & Capacity Building As part of project implementation, DOT Lebanon will conduct multiple training activities targeting these women. To facilitate implementation, DOT Lebanon seeks to engage suitable institutions and facilities capable of hosting training activities in accessible and secure locations across Lebanon. Venue hosting services are required in Bekaa and Beirut/Mount-Lebanon while taking into consideration accessibility, security conditions, and the suitability of the learning environment How to apply Interested vendors, institutions, and facility managers must submit their proposal via email to Procurementlb@dotrust.org. The submission package must include: Technical Offer: Company/Organization profile, venue specifications, photos of the space and equipment, and exact geographical location. Financial Offer: Itemized cost breakdowns (e.g., daily rate, half-day rate, or hourly rate per venue, inclusive of laptop usage and internet). Legal Documentation: Official registration certificate and MOF/VAT documentation (if applicable).
