Scope of Supply NABAA hereby invites qualified suppliers to submit sealed bids for the procurement of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Kits and High-Visibility Safety Vests for Cash for Work Participants. Notes: The NABAA logo and the project title must be clearly printed on all high-visibility safety vests and safety caps. The printing must be durable, clearly visible, and resistant to normal use and washing. NABAA reserves the right to reject any item that does not comply with the required technical specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements specified in the BOQ and tender documents. Delivery must be complete and made within the agreed delivery period. All items must be properly packaged and protected during transportation to ensure that they are delivered in good condition and in compliance with the required specifications. PPE items shall be supplied in the quantities specified in the BOQ. High-visibility safety vests shall be supplied separately in accordance with the required quantity and technical specifications. Bidders must clearly indicate any additional costs, if applicable. The quoted unit and total prices must include all costs related to transportation, loading, unloading, packaging, and delivery to the designated delivery location. All PPE items must be new, unused, and suitable for the intended Cash for Work activities, and must comply with the applicable safety and quality standards stated in the technical specifications. Bid Requirements Suppliers must submit an offer that includes the following: Legal documentation, including a Commercial Registry and, if applicable, a VAT Registration Certificate. A financial proposal detailing unit prices in USD, applicable taxes, total price, offer validity period, and terms of payment. A Technical proposal demonstrating full compliance with the required technical specifications, including product specifications, materials, sizes, safety standards, quality, packaging, and any relevant supporting documentation or certificates. Product samples or detailed product information, where requested by NABAA, to verify compliance with the required specifications and quality standards. Suppliers must confirm their ability to print the NABAA logo and project title on the high-visibility safety vests and safety caps, as specified in the tender documents. Additional Notes: All bank charges, whether local or international, shall be borne by the supplier. NABAA will not cover any customs duties, clearance charges, facilitation fees, or other additional costs incurred by the supplier, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delivery of the PPE items and high-visibility safety vests to the designated delivery location must be completed within 35 calendar days from the date of the Purchase Order (PO). The supplier must have a valid bank account. All payments will be made exclusively via bank transfer. The supplier shall ensure that all delivered items comply with the technical specifications, required quantities, and quality standards stated in the tender documents. Overall Weighting Technical 40% Financial 60% How to apply Submission Guidelines Bids must be submitted in person only (no email submissions will be accepted). Bids must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes. The first envelope shall contain the Technical Offer, and the second envelope shall contain the Financial Offer. Both envelopes must bear only the Tender Reference Number (CBPF-LEB-26-R-NGO-40096) and must not display the bidders name, logo, stamp, or any other identifying marks.
