Staszica 5 (Division 1082, District: Drzewica, Drzewica Commune). As Part Of The Investment, It Is Planned To Renovate The Roof Covering Of The Building Of The District School Complex In Drzewica, Ul. Staszica 5, 26-340 Drzewica. The Works Include Dismantling The Existing Lightning Protection System Together With Roofing Works, Gutters And A Roof Hatch, Priming The Roof Surface, Installing Geotextiles, Pvc Membranes Together With Workings On Chimneys, Attics, Sewage Vents, Roofing Works And The Lightning Protection System. Installation Of New Roof Flashings Along With Gutters And Lightning Protection Installation. Protection Of Ventilation Chimneys With Galvanized Steel Ventilation Grilles. Installation Of A New Roof Hatch. After Completion Of The Works, Electrical Measurements Of The Installation Will Be Carried Out. System Scaffolding Will Be Used For The Work. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Order On The Construction Site And To Properly Secure And Mark The Work Site, Taking Into Account The Operation Of The Educational Institution. The Demolition Material Suitable For Use And Steel Scrap Is The Property Of The Zsp In Drzewica, While The Rubble And Waste Will Be Disposed Of By The Contractor At His Expense. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities, Which Constitutes Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
