The Entity Is Required To Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience In The Provision Of Therapeutic Or Educational-Therapeutic Services For Children, Confirmed By References, Contracts Or Other Documents Confirming The Implementation Of Similar Activities. Specialists Conducting Therapeutic Activities Should Have Appropriate Education In The Field And Professional Qualifications Adequate To The Type Of Activities Conducted (E.G. The Company Should Ensure That The Activities Are Carried Out In Accordance With The Applicable Standards Of Therapeutic Work. And The Principles Of Safety And Protection Of Children. Services In The Scope Of The Above Are Exempt From Vat. Tasks, In Accordance With Art. 43 Section 1 Point 26 Of The Act Of 11 March 2004 On Tax On Goods And Services (Journal Of Laws, As Amended), As Education And Upbringing Services Provided By An Entity Covered By The Education System.
