1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Used Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A 4X4 Drive. This Car Must Be Equipped With A Diesel Engine And Must Meet The Requirements For The M Medium Class (According To Pn-En 1846-2). 2. Year Of Production Of The Car - Not Older Than: 2008. 3. Body Made Of Stainless Steel Elements Protected Against Corrosion. 4. The Water Capacity In The Vehicle Must Be Min. 2,500 Litas.5. The Vehicle Must Be Equipped With A Car Pump With A Capacity Of Min. 2400 L/Min At A Pressure Of 8 Bar With A Fast Attack Line.6. A Vehicle That Meets The Requirements Of Road Traffic Regulations, Including The Requirements For Emergency Vehicles In Accordance With The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251). 7. The Vehicle Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Annex To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 20, 2007 On The List Of Products Intended To Ensure Public Safety Or The Protection Of Health, Life And Property, As Well As The Rules For Issuing Approvals For These Products For Use (Journal Of Laws Of 2007, No. 143, Item 1002, As Amended).8. The Vehicle Must Have An Entry In The Swd-St Psp System And A Cnbop 9 Approval Certificate. The Vehicle Must Meet General And Detailed Requirements In Accordance With The Pn-En 1846-1 And 1846-2 10 Standards. The Vehicle Must Be Accompanied By A Cnbop-Pib Certificate Of Approval For Use In Fire Protection And Documentation Necessary To Register The Vehicle As A Special Car, Resulting From The Road Traffic Law.11. The Ordering Party Requires For The Contractor To Provide A Minimum 3-Month Warranty For The Vehicle, With No Mileage Limit, Counted From The Date Of Receipt Of The Vehicle 12.
