The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Transporting Corpses From Non-Public Places And Storing Corpses And Human Remains For The Needs Of The District Prosecutors Office In Ostrów Wielkopolski And Subordinate District Prosecutors Offices Located In: Jarocin, Kalisz, Kępno, Krotoszyn, Ostrów Wielkopolski, Ostrzeszów, Pleszew From Their Location To The Places Indicated By The Prosecutor/Police. The Transport Of Bodies From Public Places Is The Responsibility Of The District In Accordance With Art. 13 Of The Act Of January 31, 1959 On Cemeteries And Burial Of The Dead (Journal Of Laws 2024.576, Consolidated Text). Public Places Are All Places Available To An Unlimited Group Of People, In Particular Streets, Parks, Sidewalks And Other Public Places.2. The Contractor Undertakes To: A) Arrive At The Place Indicated By The Prosecutor/Police, A Vehicle Intended For The Transport Of Corpses/Human Remains, Together With The Staff Within The Time Of Arrival At The Scene Of The Incident From The Moment Of Reporting - Specified By The Contractor In The Response Time Table Included In The Price Form, B) Pack The Corpse/Human Remains In A Bag, Load The Corpse/Human Remains Into The Vehicle Intended For The Transport Of Corpses/Human Remains, And Then Transport Them (Delivery) To The Place Indicated By The Prosecutor/Police, As Well As Performing Any Other Activities Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Service, C) Ensuring A Place For Storing Corpses/Human Remains In A Cold Store, D) Note: The Cold Store Must Be Located In A Given Poviat - In Accordance With The Division Into Tasks 1-7, E) Providing Equipment, Protective Clothing And Disinfectants Necessary To Complete The Order, F) Providing The Necessary Accessories For Moving Corpses/Human Remains, G) Transport - Within The Deadline Indicated By The Prosecutor - Corpses/Human Remains From The Place Of Storage To The Place Of Autopsy Or Examination, Waiting For The End Of The Autopsy Or Examination And Return Transport Of The Corpse/Human Remains, H) Handing Over The Body Only To Persons Authorized To Receive It, I) Keeping Secret All Information Obtained During And In Connection With The Implementation Of The Task/Tasks, J) Providing Services 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, K) Executing The Order In Accordance With The Regulations In Force In The Area Republic Of Poland. 3. To Settle The Costs Of The Service Provided, The Contractor Assumes: A) The Actual Number Of Kilometers Traveled (Using The Shortest Route) In Transporting Corpses/Human Remains, B) The Actual Number Of Days Of Storing Corpses/Human Remains In A Cold Store - Until The Prosecutor Issues A Permit To Bury The Body. 4.
