Engineering Design Services For The Construction Of Civil Engineering Works – Design Services For The Elaboration Of Technical-Economic Documentation Phases P.U.D., Sf, D.T.A.C.+ D.T.O.E., P.Th + D.E. And Technical Assistance From The Designer, For The Objective Concert Hall For Contemporary Music In The Municipality Of Timișoara. Based On The Service Contract, Services Will Be Provided Regarding The Elaboration Of The Following Technical-Economic Documentation: ● Detailed Urban Plan (Pud); ● Feasibility Study (Sf); ● Technical Documentation Necessary To Obtain The Approvals / Agreements / Authorizations Requested By The Town Planning Certificate (As Applicable); ● Technical Documentation For The Authorization For The Execution Of Construction Works (Dtac); ● Technical Documentation For The Authorization Of The Work Execution Organization (Dtoe); ● Technical Project And Execution Details (Pt+De). ● Technical Assistance From The Designer During The Execution Of The Works. By Completing The Procurement Procedure, The Aim Is To Sign A Service Contract For The Preparation Of A Technical-Economic Documentation, According To Art. 1, Para. (2) From Government Decision No. 907/2016 Regarding The Elaboration Stages And Framework Content Of The Technical-Economic Documentation Related To The Investment Objectives/Projects Financed From Public Funds. The Documentation Will Form The Basis Of The Intention To Access Funds For Regional Intervention 7.1.D Public Cultural Infrastructures, Project Call No. Call For Projects No. Prv/7.1.D/1, Related To The West Regional Program 2021 - 2027 (West Pr), Implemented By The Agency For Regional Development Of The West Region (Adr West) As The Management Authority. The Activities Related To This Documentation Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Specification, The Technical Documentation Posted In Seap And The Legislation In Force. The Services Will Be Provided For A Period Of 240 Days For Stage 1 And Stage 2 (According To The Specification) From The Date Of Issuing The Order To Start / Provide The Services, According To The Award Documentation. The Contract Will Produce Effects Until The Completion Of The Works, Until The Reception At The End Of The Works, Completed With The Approval Of The Minutes Of Reception At The End Of The Works. The Estimated Value Is 15,290,000.00 Lei Without Vat. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarification / Additional Information, On The 12Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers, Provided That The Requests Will Be Addressed At Least 22 Days Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers. Clarifications Submitted After This Deadline Will No Longer Be Taken Into Account
