Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should have the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box at the Procurement Unit, Office No: DR 10, Directorate Department, National Teachers Institute, (NTI) Headquarters KM 5 Kaduna-Zaria Road, Kaduna not later than 12:00 Noon, Monday 24th August, 2026. 5.0 OPENING OF EOI/PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS The EOI/Prequalification documents will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission 12:00 Noon, Monday 24th August, 2026 at the SMASE Complex Building, of National Teachers Institute, (NTI) Headquarters Kaduna; in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Please, ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register in the Procurement Unit, as the Institute will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids. 6.0 GENERAL INFORMATION a. Bids/EOIs must be in English Language and signed by an official authorized by the bidder; b. Bids/EOIs submitted after the deadline for submission would be returned un-opened; c. Bidders should not bid for more than two (2) lots; d. The EOIs/Bids will be opened in the presence of CSOs and professional bodies e. All cost will be borne by the bidders; f. Only pre-qualified bidders at technical evaluation will be invited at a later date for financial bids opening upon payment of none refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 g. Arrangement of Technical Documents in hard copies should follow the order in the list above and appropriately paged. The technical document should have a table of content indicating the pages, which these items are to be found. Failure to comply with this directive will result in disqualification of the bidder. h.
