A) Develop A Training Module In Entrepreneurship And Job Placement, Which Provides Participants With Knowledge And Practical Tools In Matters Of Business Formalization, Current Regulations, Job Readiness, Cv Preparation, Preparation For Job Interviews And Development Of Skills For Employability, Favoring Their Access To The World Of Dependent Or Independent Work. B) Teach Trades In A Comprehensive And Systematic Manner, Ensuring The Acquisition Of Technical And Practical Skills Necessary For Their Proper Performance, Through Training In The Following Trades: ● Making Candles And Soaps With Used Oil. ● Natural Cosmetics With Territorial Identity And Isp Regulation And Registration. ● Production Of Bio-Cleaners And Ecological Cleaning Products. ● Aesthetic And Body Massage Techniques. The Above, With The Purpose That The Participants Can Access A Certification Process That Formally Accredits Their Knowledge And Skills, Thus Facilitating Their Entrepreneurship Or Job Placement Opportunities. C) Incorporate A Gender Approach Transversally In The Training Process, Promoting The Economic Autonomy Of Women, Strengthening Their Self-Esteem And Leadership, As Well As The Recognition Of Their Rights And Abilities To Function In The Workplace And Production. D) Implement An Evaluation Process Of The Training Process, Which Allows Measuring The Level Of Learning Achieved By The Participants, Their Satisfaction With The Process And The Relevance Of The Contents Delivered, Generating Relevant Information For The Continuous Improvement Of Future Versions Of The Program.
