Advance Contracting Notice for Construction Supervision Consultancy for Urban, Sports and Tourism Infrastructure The project will finance the rehabilitation of cultural heritage assets (including heritage structures, surrounding streetscape, pedestrian paths, cultural trails) and urban upgrades for resilience (including green spaces, road rehabilitation, storm water drainage, engineering coastal protection, and multi-functional sport and recreation facilities) in high potential economic and tourism hot spots, including along the coastal areas of Georgia. The project is estimated to cost $253.85 million with $200 million financed by ADBs regular ordinary capital resource loan and $53.85 from government counterpart funds. Brief Description of Goods and Related Services, Works or Consulting Services to be Procured: All advance contracting and retroactive financing will be undertaken in conformity with ADB Procurement Policy (2017, as amended from time to time), and Procurement Directive for ADB Borrowers (2026, as amended from time to time) using ADB Standard Bidding Documents. While advance contracting is part of the normal procedure, approval of advance contracting and retroactive financing does not commit ADB to approve the project or to finance the project costs. If retroactive financing will not be approved for the project, contracts procured under advance action will be signed after the loan effectiveness.
