Railway Bridge Construction Work – Ern. Krbw Wiesbaden Biebrich Str. 3505, Km 44,020. Ve 1 Kib/Ob. The Planned Construction Project Is Located In The Urban Area Of The Hessian State Capital Wiesbaden In The Biebrich District. The Nearest Wiesbaden-Ost Train Station Is Approx. 700 M To The South On Route 3603. The Crossing Structure Is Located Between The Salzbach And The A 671 Motorway On The Electrified Route 3505 In The Direction Of Wiesbaden Hbf – Wiesbaden Biebrich At Km 44,020. The Structure Transfers The Electrified Routes 3603 Frankfurt Hbf – Wiesbaden Hbf At Km 38.4 And 3528 Mainz Kaiserbrücke Ost-Wiesbaden Hbf At Km 6.9. The Route Affected By The Renewal Is Route 3505 Directional Track. The Renewal Of The Crossing Structure Includes A Single-Track Truss Bridge. This Will Be Founded As A Single-Span Structure With A Span Of 100M Behind The Existing Listed Abutments Of The Existing Structure. The Crossing Angle Is 19.1 Gon. The Abutments Are Made Of In-Situ Concrete With Deep Foundations. The Steel Truss Structure Is Designed In Accordance With Ril 804.9010, Chapter 2. The Superstructure Is Mounted On The Abutments With A Total Of 4 Spherical Bearings So That It Can Be Moved Longitudinally And Fixed Transversely. The Transversely Fixed Row Of Bearings Is Arranged On The Inside Of The Track Curve. Longitudinal Forces And Longitudinal Deformations Of The Bridge Are Distributed To Both Abutments Via A Control Rod (Meyer-Wunstorf System). The Track Position Will Be Increased By Approx. 1.70M In The Middle Of The New Bridge, Resulting In A New Superstructure Section Of Approx. 620M. Following The New Planned Truss Bridge To The Southwest There Is A Listed Vaulted Bridge. This Must Be Secured Due To The New Earth Loads (Due To The Raising Of The Dam). The Vault Is Covered With A Reinforced Concrete Cover And Thus Permanently Relieved. The Cover Structure Above The Vault Is Built Over A Length Of Approx. 58.35 M From Km 44.0 + 87 To Km 44.1 + 45 (Direction Track Route 3505) As A Frame Structure, Which Is Supported On 2 Secant Bored Pile Walls And Transfers Horizontal Loads As Planned Via Inclined Piles. Immediately After The Cover Structure, The New Track Structure Must Be Supported From Km 44.145. From Km 44.145 To Km 44.183 A New Guideway Slab With Deep Foundation According To Ril 836 Is Planned. Since The Ramp Area Is Still Located Next To The Track Slab Between Km 44.183 To Km 44.278 To The Right Of The Directional Track For Route 3505 And At The Same Time The Track Moves Up To 1.15 M To The Right In Some Areas, A Support Structure With A Length Of Approx. 100 M Is Necessary Here. A Sheet Piling Wall With Anchoring And Head Beams Made Of Reinforced Concrete Is Planned At This Point. At The Northern Left Foot Of The Embankment Of The New Directional Track, Route 3505, Following The Truss Bridge, Prefabricated Angle Support Walls With A Total Length Of 51 M Will Be Necessary Between Km 43.890 And Km 43.920 And Between Km 43.943 And Km 43.973 To Protect The Main Cable Strand. The Angle Retaining Walls Are Outside Eisenbahnverke
