(X. 30.) In View Of The Provisions Of Section 46 (3) Of The Government Decree (Hereinafter: Kr.), The Contracting Authority Draws Attention To The Fact That, If A Clear And Comprehensible Definition Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Made It Necessary To Refer To A Thing Of A Specific Make, Origin, Type, Process, Activity, Person, Patent Or Trademark, The Designation Was Made Only In Order To Clearly Define The Nature Of The Object, And In Addition To The Designation, The Or Equivalent Shall Be Understood In All Cases. The Tenderer Draws Attention To The Fact That, In The Case Of Offering An Equivalent Item, The Tenderer Must Prove The Equivalence In His Offer. The Tenderer Examines Compliance With The Parameters Specified In The Technical Description In Terms Of Equivalence, And A Product That Is Adequate In Terms Of Performance And The Same Or Better In Terms Of The Technical Parameters Described Can Be Offered. The Kbt. With Regard To Section 76 (5), The Tenderer Informs The Bidders That It Does Not Ensure The Submission Of Bids In Parts, Because It Would Not Be Rational From Either Technical Or Economic Points Of View, The Technical Unity Of The Investment, The Necessary And Precise Coordination Of Task Performance, And The Work Organization Obligations And Costs Arising From The Nature Of The Investment Do Not Allow The Division Of The Tasks Of The Contract Into Parts. Ensuring Partial Tendering Would Require The Use Of Additional Costs And Human Resources Both During Installation And Operation, Due To Which Circumstances The Principle Of Efficient And Responsible Use Of Public Funds Would Be Violated By Ensuring Partial Tendering.
