The Main Objective Of The Project Is To Create A Fast, Safe And Modern Connection Between Griviței Boulevard And The Tractorul District, By Building A Connecting Road With Four Traffic Lanes And An Overpass Over The Cf 300 Line, Eliminating The Blockages Generated By The Level Crossings And Ensuring The Flow Of Traffic. Specific Objectives: Road Safety And Urban Mobility: The Implementation Of Modern Road Signs, Markings, Parapets And Sound-Absorbing Panels; The Construction Of Sidewalks And Bicycle Paths; Streamlining Traffic And Reducing Travel Times: Increasing Road Capacity, Modern Roundabout At The Intersection With B-Dul Griviței, Reducing Average Travel Time And Traffic Jams. Sustainable Infrastructure And Water Management: Installation Of Energy Efficient Led Lighting And A Complete System Of Gutters And Downspouts To Protect Infrastructure And Prevent Flooding. Urban And Economic Development: Increasing The Attractiveness Of The Area For Residential And Commercial Investments, Integrating The Infrastructure Into The Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan And Supporting Logistics For Nearby Commercial Centers. The Analyzed Area, Between Griviței Boulevard And The Tractorul Neighborhood, Presents An Intense Flow Of Road Traffic, Generated By:  The Residents Of The Tractorul Neighborhood And Adjacent Areas;  Commercial And Logistic Activity In The Vicinity Of Commercial Centers (E.G. Dedeman, Black Sea);  Transit Traffic And Urban Public Transport (Buses, Minibuses). The Existing Traffic Exceeds The Capacity Of The Current Infrastructure, Especially At Peak Hours, Generating:  High Travel Times;  Increase In Fuel Consumption And Co₂ Emissions; Increasing The Risk Of Accidents;  Frequent Blockages At Railway Level Crossings. According To The Urban Development Plans And The Demographic Evolution Of The Municipality Of Brașov, Population Growth In The Tractorul Neighborhood And Adjacent Areas Will Be Approximately 2-3% Annually; The Increase In Car Traffic And Public Transport Is Estimated At 2.5–3.5% Annually In The Next 10 Years, Which Will Accentuate The Existing Road Blockages; Economic And Commercial Development Will Increase The Demand For Freight Transport And Logistics Accessibility; Urban Mobility Trends Suggest Increasing Interest In Alternative Transport (
