Gaseous Fuels – Delivery Of Gaseous Fuel For The Poznań Airport – Ławica Sp. Z O. O.. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Gaseous Fuel For The Poznań Airport - Ławica Sp. Z O. O. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Its Scope Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). 2. The Ordering Party Describing The Subject Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 99 Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, He Used The Following Code Specified In The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 09120000-6 - Gas Fuels. 3. Natural Gas Should Be Supplied In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Applicable Energy Law, Implementing Acts And Polish Standards. 4. The Estimated Amount Of Gas Is Intended Only To Calculate The Offer Price And Does Not Constitute An Obligation Of The Ordering Party To Purchase It. The Actual Amount Of Gas Purchased During The Execution Of The Contract Will Result Solely From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Subject To The Content Of Point 6 Below. 5. The Ordering Party Is Not Exempt From Excise Duty. 6. The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Implement The Contract For At Least 50% (Of Its Value). The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Performance Of The Contract To An Extent Greater Than The Amount Indicated In The First Sentence.
