The Subject Of This Tender Is The Provision Of Architectural Services For The New Construction Of The Fire Station In Werl Mawicke With Three Vehicle Parking Spaces. The Pilgrimage City Of Werl, The Mayor, Fb Iii, Building Regulations And Building Construction Department, Is Planning To Award The Contract To A Planning Office For Building Building Planning For This Demanding Task. The Project Includes A New Building With A Planned Floor Area Of Approx. 5,50 M² On A Full Floor, With An Intermediate Level For Ventilation Technology. The Building Is Classified As A Special Building In Accordance With Section 50 Of The North Rhine-Westphalia State Building Code. The Implementation Includes Service Phases 5 To 8 Of The Hoai. A Barrier-Free, Fire Protection-Compliant Fire Station With Three Vehicle Parking Spaces Is Planned In Werl Mawicke. The Tool Shed Has A Usable Area Of Around 550 Square Meters And Is Planned To Be Of Solid Construction. The Facade Is Planned As A Combination Of Green Sandstone And Carbonized Wood.
