The Rsag Institution Under Public Law (Rsag) Is The Municipal Waste Disposal Company In The Rhein-Sieg District. In Order To Cover Its Electricity Needs, Rsag Needs A New Electricity Supply Contract From January 1St, 2027 Based On A Flexible Procurement And Portfolio Model For The Locations And Acceptance Points Listed In The Delivery Point List. The Electricity Actually Delivered To The Client Must Come From 100% Renewable Energy Sources. The Subject Of The Order Is The Complete And Uninterrupted Delivery Of The Required Grid Supply, Including All Energy Services Necessary To Carry Out The Delivery. This Includes, In Particular, Accounting, Quantity And Portfolio Management, Price Fixing, Billing, Market Communication And Reporting In Accordance With The Service Description And The Relevant Price Group System As Well As The Electricity Supply Contract. The Advertised Delivery Points Are Assigned To Different Price Groups Depending On Measurement, Accounting And Pricing Logic. The Binding Assignment Of Each Delivery Point Results From The Separate Delivery Point List. - Price Group 1 - Rlm: Delivery Points With Registered Performance Measurement Or Other Measurement-Based Accounting For Which A Flexible Futures Market And Spot Market Model Applies. - Price Group 2 - Slp: Delivery Points With A Standard Load Profile For Which An Annually Fixed Structured Work Price With An Aggregated Quantity Tolerance Band Applies. The Price Groups Are Not Lots. They Form Different Pricing And Billing Models Within A Uniform Delivery Order. The Contract Will Be Awarded Uniformly For All Advertised Delivery Points.
