The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Bathrooms For People With Disabilities In The Building Of The Dps Przyjaźń In Tarnowskie Góry At 24 Włoska Street - Stage Iii - Renovation Of 18 Bathrooms.2. The Order Is Co-Financed By The State Fund For The Rehabilitation Of Disabled Persons.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Dismantling Of The Existing Tiles, Stripping Of Plasters, Dismantling Of Sanitary Equipment, Removal And Disposal, 2) Preparation Of A Renovation Project For Individual Bathrooms, 3) Construction Of Water And Sewage, Central Heating, Electrical, Lighting And Alarm And Call Signaling Installations, 4) Plastering And Waterproofing Of Floors And Walls, 5) Laying New Ceramic Tiles On The Walls And Floor, 6) Painting Ceilings,7) Replacement Of Bathroom Doors With Enlargement Of Door Openings,8) Installation Of New Sanitary Equipment (Shower, Washbasin, Faucets, Compact Toilet, Handrails For Disabled People),9) Installation Of Accessories, 10) Other Necessary Construction Works.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In The Following Documents: 1) Functional And Utility Program Entitled Renovation Of Bathrooms For People With Disabilities In The Building Of The Dps Przyjaźń In Tarnowskie Góry At 24 Włoska Street (Appendix No. 5)2) Bill Of Quantities - Stage Iii. Implementation By 2027 (Annex No. 6),5. Conditions Of Contract Execution. The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Performed Based On The Tender Documentation, Functional And Utility Program And Bills Of Quantities. If The Contractor Finds That The Tender Documentation Contains Errors Or Omissions, He Should Immediately Notify The Ordering Party Of This Fact.6. Where The Functional And Utility Program And The Bills Of Quantities Indicate The Trademark (Brand), Manufacturer, Supplier, Patent, Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Or Standards, European Technical Assessments, Common Technical Specifications Or Other References Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 Or Section 3 Of The Act, The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Act Allows The Submission Of An Equivalent Offer Or In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, Offering Solutions Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Documentation, Provided That They Ensure Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Documentation And Are Consistent In Terms Of: 1) Dimensions And Structure (Size, Type, Physical Properties, Number Of Components), 2) Functional Character (Identity Of Functions), 3) Material Characteristics (Type And Quality Of Materials), 4) Technical Parameters (Strength, Durability, Technical Data, Hydraulic Data, Linear Characteristics, Construction),5) Operational Safety Parameters,6) Emission Standards.7.
