4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Existing Sewage Treatment Plant And The Development Of The Area Around The Investment Located On The Registered Plot No. 22/4, Harasiuki Precinct. The Project Is Being Implemented As Part Of The Investment Project Titled: Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Harasiuki.4.2 The Scope Of The Contract Includes: 1) Construction Of The Sbr-5 And Sbr-6 Reactor; 2) Construction Of A Blower Station; 3) Construction Of The Gate Valve Chamber - 1 And 2; 4) Construction Of A Process Water Retention Tank; 5) Construction Of A Tank For Fed Sewage/Sludge; 6) Reconstruction Of The Catchment Station For Delivered Sewage; 7) Reconstruction Of The Sewage Pumping Station;8) Reconstruction Of The Sewage Retention Tank V=30M3;9) Reconstruction Of The Sewage Retention Tank V=50M3 (Supplemented With A Dn250 Pipeline);10) Reconstruction Of The V=30M3 Retention Tank (Supplemented With A Dn250 Pipeline With A Gate Valve);11) Reconstruction Of The Technological Building No. Ii (Supplemented With New Pipelines/ Reconstruction Of The Existing Ones);12) Reconstruction Of The Sbr Reactor No. (Technological, Water Supply, Sewage, Electrical And Instrumentation);18) Technological Start-Up Of The Sewage Treatment Plant (Existing Facilities After Reconstruction And Designed Facilities) Along With The Implementation Of Min. Bod5, Cod, Suspension, Ph, Total Nitrogen, Total Phosphorus;19) Preparation Of A Water-Legal Report For The Sewage Treatment Plant After Its Reconstruction And Expansion, Together With Preparation Of An Application For A Water-Legal Permit;20) Submission Of The Above-Mentioned On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. Report To The Wodny Polskie State Water Holding And Obtaining A New, Valid Water Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party;21) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Among Others. Operating Instructions For The Sewage Treatment Plant With A Technological Diagram, Occupational Health And Safety Instructions, Operating Instructions For Machines And Devices, Fire Safety Instructions;22) After Completion Of The Works, Marking Of All Facilities Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In The Form Of Permanent Signs, Min. A3 Format.
