Wiosenna In Świerklaniec As Part Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Civil Defense Warehouse.2. The Investment Includes:• Earthworks;• Construction Works Related To The Construction Of The Floor Structure/Insulation/Equipotential Equipotentiality Installation;• Construction Works Related To The Construction Of The Steel Structure And Hall Casing;• Installation Of Internal Door Joinery;• Installation Works;• Development Of A Detailed Structural Design, Assembly Design And Technical Design Of The Electrical And Lightning Protection Installation. 3. According To The Preliminary Geotechnical Opinion, Due To The Presence Of Low-Bearing Soil And Anthropogenic Soil In The Form Of Uncontrolled Embankments Of Various Composition And Variable Thickness In The Area Of ​​The Plot No. 695/6, Complex Ground Conditions Exist In The Investment Area. The Investment Is Proposed To Be Included In Geotechnical Category Ii. It Is Up To The Contractor To Decide On The Classification Of The Facility Into The Appropriate Geotechnical Category And The Type And Depth Of Foundations, As Well As On The Performance Of Additional Soil Tests, Including The Development Of Subsoil Testing Documentation And Geological And Engineering Documentation (After Geotechnical Drilling And Confirmation Of The Fact By A Geologist).4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, Including The Architectural And Construction Design, Land Development Design, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And In The Bill Of Quantities Of Construction Works. Note! The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Offer Price Should Be Calculated Primarily Based On The Design And Technical Specifications. Shortcomings And Defects In The Bill Of Quantities Do Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration. 5.
