Conducting A Local Inspection, Inventory And Verification Of The Existing Condition, Including The Condition Of Partitions, Flat Roofs, Joinery, Central Heating Installations, Electrical Installations, Lightning Protection Installation, Drainage, Facade Elements And Rooms Affected By The Works;1.1.2. Development Of Complete Technical And Executive Documentation Of Individual Industries In The Scope Resulting From The Pfu (Facade Design, Concept Of Interior Finishing After The Works, Design Of Electrical Installations, Design Of Sanitary Installations In The Appropriate Scope), Energy Audit, On-Site Inspection, Guidelines Of The Ordering Party And Applicable Regulations; 1.1.3. Carrying Out The Necessary Inspection Excavations, Measurements, Tests And Checks If The Existing Condition Raises Doubts Or Is Necessary For The Proper Design Of The Works;
