The Subject Of The Order Is: Construction Of A District Civil Protection And Civil Defense Warehouse - Reconstruction Of The Boiler Room Building On The Premises Of Zs No. 3 In Sławięcice Into A Civil Defense Warehouse Along With The Construction Of A Utility Shelter And A Fence - Ii Procedure2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Boiler Room Building With A Change Of Use Into A Civil Defense Warehouse. The Order Also Includes The Construction Of A Utility Shelter And The Construction Of A Fence Along The Border Of The Plot On Which The Above-Mentioned Building Is Located, Along With The Reconstruction Of The Internal Road (Plot No. 371/11). The Plot Is Located In A Historic Park Entered In The Register Of Monuments Of The Opole Voivodeship. The Park Together With The Palace Complex From The 18Th And 19Th Centuries Is Entered Into The Register Of Immovable Monuments Of The Opole Voivodeship Under Numbers P-25/57 And 832/64 On The Basis Of The Decisions Of The Wkz Of December 20, 1957 And April 21, 19643. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of Two Parts: Part I Of The Order - Construction Works Related To The Warehouse, Shelter And Fencing. The Scope Of Works Related To The Implementation Of Part I Of The Task Includes: 1) Reconstruction Of The Boiler Room Building Into A Civil Defense Warehousea) External Façade • Waterproofing Around The Building In The Form Of Bituminous Mass And Dimple Foil. • Replacement Of Windows And Doors. • Window Joinery With Preserved Division, Material: Wood ,Wpc Uc=0.9.• Door Joinery In The Reconstructed Opening, Material Wood, Wpc Uc=1.3.• Window Sills - Clinker Tiles In A Color Similar To Ral 7034.• Double-Leaf Gate With A Passenger Passage In One Of The Wings, Material Wood, Wpc Uc=1.3.• External Plasters, Removal Of Loose And Secondary Plasters. Cement And Limestone And Supplemented With Lime Plasters.• The Whole Thing Is Painted With Silicate Paint.B) Roofreplacement Of The Roof Structure With Cladding With A Total Area Of Approx. 460 M2.
