1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Work Footwear For Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Cleaning In The Capital City Of Warsaw Sp. Z O. O.2. The Contract Will Be Implemented For A Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Signing Based On The Unit Prices Proposed By The Contractor In The Most Advantageous Offer And On The Basis Of Partial Orders, Which Will Be Placed Via E-Mail In Accordance With The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, Provided That The Maximum Remuneration Of The Contractor Resulting From The Implementation Of The Contract Cannot Exceed The Amount Of Financial Resources Allocated For This Purpose (The Contract Will Be Signed For The Value Resulting From These Funds, I.E. The Maximum Nominal Value Of The Obligation For Individual Tasks). Information On The Amount Of These Funds Will Be Provided Immediately Before The Opening Of Offers Submitted In The Proceedings In Question.2. Planned Date Of Commencement Of The Contract Implementation - Q3 2026. 3.
