The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, From Current Production, Free From Any Defects And Damage, Without Previous Use And Not Be Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties. 3. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Warranty For The Offered Subject Of The Order For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Without Any Comments. 4.
