1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Cleaning Products, Tableware And Catering Packaging For The Municipal Eatery U Św. Antoni: Part I Of The Subject Of The Order (Chemistry): Due To The Limitations Of This Text Field, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Swz.2. The Quality Of The Products Mentioned Above Cannot Differ From The Quality Of Goods Available In The General Retail Chain. 3. Goods Delivered To The Warehouse Of The Municipal Eatery U Święta Antoniego In Włocławek Must Be Approved For Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland And Comply With Eu Regulations, And In Particular - When It Results From The Type Of Product - Be In Compliance With The Regulation (Eu) 2025/40 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 19 December 2024 On Packaging And Packaging Waste.4. The Contractor Ensures The Transport Of Cleaning Products, Dishes And Catering Packaging To The Warehouse At The Ordering Partys Premises At His Own Expense, Therefore The Offer Price Must Include Transport And Unloading Costs.3. Transport Of The Articles Referred To In Point Iii/1 Must Take Place In Conditions That Meet Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements.4. The Place Of Delivery Is The Warehouse Of The Municipal Eatery U Św. Antoniego At Ul. Saint Antoniego 11 In Włocławek.5. The Number Of Articles Referred To In Point Iii/1 May Change In Value By A Maximum Of Minus 25% Of The Total Value Of The Contract For The Supply Of The Above-Mentioned Subject Of The Order, And The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim Due To The Ordering Partys Failure To Use The Subject Of The Contract To The Full Extent In Terms Of Quantity Or Value.6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of Individual Items Of The Subject Of The Order Within The Limits Of The Contractors Remuneration. Changes May Involve Increasing Or Decreasing The Quantity And Value Of A Given Item(S) At The Expense Of Decreasing Or Increasing The Value Of Other Types Of Items. This Change Does Not Constitute An Amendment To The Contract And Does Not Require The Preparation Of An Annex. 7. The Ordering Party Will Order A Specific Batch Of Goods By Telephone, E-Mail Or Fax Two Days In Advance, No Later Than 1:00 P.M. After Receiving The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Confirm Receipt Of The Above-Mentioned Order In Writing.8. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, Quantitatively According To The Ordering Partys Needs: • For Part I Of The Order - No More Than Twice A Month, Each Time From 7:00 A.M. To 12:00 P.M. If Quantitative And Qualitative Deficiencies Are Found During The Receipt Of The Delivery, The Contractor Shall Deliver The Goods Free From Quality Defects And Supplement The Quantitative Deficiencies Within: • In The Case Of Part I Of The Order, Within Twenty-Four Hours From The Moment Of Filing The Complaint,9. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Quantitative And Qualitative Parameter
