1) The Subject Of Part No. 1 Of The Order Is The Performance Of The Task Titled: Energy Audit And/Or Audit Of The Efficiency And/Or Flexibility Of Facilities In Zgorzelec County And Implementation Of Local Energy Management Systems In Facilities In Zgorzelec County The Facilities Covered By The Task Were Described In The Opz. 2) As Part Of Part No. 1 Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Energy Audits And/Or Efficiency And/Or Energy Flexibility Audits, The Aim Of Which Is To Improve The Energy Efficiency Of Facilities, Identify Opportunities To Optimize Operating Costs, Reduce The Carbon Footprint And Ensure Compliance With The Requirements Of The National Recovery And Resilience Plan, As Well As Prepare And Implement Local Energy Management Systems, I.E. Building An Intelligent It System With The Necessary Telemetric, Measurement And Communication Equipment Enabling Energy Management In Selected Facilities Belonging To The Zgorzelec Energy Cluster. The Implementations Are Intended To Contribute To Improving Flexibility, Optimizing The Energy Balance Of A Given Facility, Improving Its Energy Efficiency, Which Ultimately, As Part Of Integration With The Energy Management System (Hereinafter: Central System, Enms Or Virtual Power Plant), Is To Influence The Balance Of The Entire Cluster. 3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Document Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz), Attached To The Swz And Constituting Its Integral Part.
