Request for Quotation for Survey, Geotechnical Investigation & Detailed Design of Waste Collection Points Bidding Opens on: 23 July 2026 Due on: 10 August 2026 Estimated Value: AED 0 - 0 Tender Details: PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR SURVEY, GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION, AND DETAILED ENGINEERING DESIGN (DED) OF THE WASTE COLLECTION POINTS (WCPS) IN RURAL AREAS WITHIN THE EMIRATES OF ABU DHABI Under the framework of Initiative I15, PCD-DMT is tasked with increasing the number of WCPs across Abu Dhabi to collect MSW and reduce illegal dumping activities. This consultancy marks a vital stage in the initiatives scope: transitioning from the survey outcomes of the G23 initiative to the formal appointment of a consultant for Detailed Engineering Design (DED). The Consultant shall provide the technical expertise required to finalize design packages that will be handed over to TADWEER for construction, ensuring that each site is optimized for waste "bulking" and segregation prior to collection. The specialized consultancy services will be tasked with comprehensive survey and Detailed Engineering Design (DED) of Waste Collection Points (WCPs). These facilities serve agricultural plots and Ezab in the rural areas of the Abu Dhabi Emirate, facilitating efficient waste "bulking" prior to collection by approved Environmental Service Provider(s) (ESPs).
