S. EMBASSY IN ABUJA is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide Event Management Services for the Inspired by Freedom: The Next 250 contest in commemoration of the 250th anniversary of the United States Declaration of Independence, with the U.S Embassy Mission in Abuja, with the objective of providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, other items, non-personal services and other logistics support. Kindly submit the quotation based on the attached Statement of Works (SOW). Payment Terms: Net 30. Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal offers the best value to the government, considering price and non-price factors such as planning and strategy, announcement and publicity, contest management, shortlisting and coordination, Prize procurement and Management, logistics support and compliance with security requirements. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. Quoters are encouraged to submit their best terms with their initial quotation. Contractors must provide proof of active registration in Sam.gov, a Unique Entity ID (UEI) code, and evidence of compliance with the NDAA-DEI Certification (Required under E0 14173, January 2025). Contractors must complete and return a signed certification of compliance with applicable U.S. Federal Anti-Discrimination Laws. (Form attached).
