The Scope Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Execution Of Construction Works Together With Accompanying And Temporary Works, Consisting In The Construction Of An Automatic Public Toilet In The Niedźwiadków Park In Tychy (Plot 5805/70) In Accordance With The Construction Law And Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis, Decision Of The Mayor Of Tychy No. 177/2026 Of July 3, 2026, Construction Art And Technology Of Performing Works, As Well As Guidelines Of Construction Product Manufacturers. The Main Subject Of The Construction Project Is The Construction Of An Automated Prefabricated Public Toilet, A Pergola For Vines With A Roof, Hardening Of The Access Area And A Bicycle Rack. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Together With The Stwior Attached To The Procedure. The Scope Of The Task Includes, Among Others: - Construction And Installation Of An Automatic Toilet, - Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Connection, - Construction Of A Water Supply System, - Construction Of A Water And Sewage Installation, - Construction Of An Electrical Installation, - Construction Of A Building Facade Made Of Steel Mesh Panels And Hpl Plates On A Steel Structure, - Construction Of A Sidewalk - Access To The Building Made Of Concrete Cubes, - Construction Of Hardening Plates Sidewalks, - Installation Of A Bicycle Rack, - Planting Vines. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor: - Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In Accordance With The Issued Conditions And Arrangements And To Comply With The Obligations Imposed On The Investor Therein, Including Performing The Works Under The Supervision Of The Network Administrators, - Will Complete All Formalities Required To Start Using The Facility, Including Obtaining The Required Acceptance From The Network Administrators And Reporting The Completion Of Construction Works To The Relevant Construction Supervision Inspectorate (Pinb) And Obtains Consent For Use, - Will Provide All Consumables Necessary For Full Commissioning Of The Entire Subject Of The Order; - Will Prepare Instructions For The Maintenance, Operation And Maintenance Of Devices And Submit Them To The Ordering Party; - Conduct Training On How To Operate An Automatic Public Toilet, Which Will Be Confirmed In A Separate Protocol; - After Completing The Subject Of The Order, He Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Adjacent Area Used During The Works (Also Applies To Access Roads And Areas Where Materials Were Stored) To Its Original Condition; - In The Event Of Destruction Of Adjacent Areas After The Investment Is Completed, He Is Obliged To Restore The Destroyed Elements To Their Original Condition (Reclamation And Sowing Grass).
