Reconstruction And Thermal Modernization Of The Volunteer Fire Department Building In Chobie - Stage I1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of All Necessary Construction Works Enabling Further Operation In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of Construction Law Regarding The Task Titled: Reconstruction And Thermal Modernization Of The Volunteer Fire Department Building In Chobie. The Investment Will Be Implemented In Several Independent Stages. The Subject Of This Order Is - Stage I, Taking Into Account The Scope Of The Design Documentation Constituting An Annex To This Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order For Stage I Includes, Among Others:  Demolition/Liquidation Of The Entire Basement (By Backfilling It) Along With The Demolition Of The Ceiling Above The Basement And Lowering The Ground Floor Floor (Constructing A New One - Ground Level).  Demolition Of External Ramps, External Stairs And Annexes Added To The Main Body Of The Facility.  New Development Of The Area For The Needs Of The Volunteer Fire Department Building (Access Roads), Including Access To Garage Gate No. 1 And Construction Of Garage Gate No. 2 Along With Access To It - Hardening The Area.  Moving The Furnace From The Basement To A Replacement Place (Indicated By The Ordering Party). The Use Of The Building Remains Unchanged - It Will Continue To Function As A Volunteer Fire Brigade Building With Garage Boxes For Fire Trucks And Rooms Cloakroom, Sanitary And Office Facilities.2. Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Design Documentation, Stwiorb, Bill Of Quantities Constitute Annex 1 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Meet The Conditions Regarding The Employment Of Persons Under An Employment Contract To Perform The Subject Of The Order, Specified In Detail In The Contract And The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In The Point Above.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Key Parts Of The Order To Be Performed By The Contractor.5. If Materials, Devices, Products Or Equivalent Solutions Are Used, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Them In The Offer And To Submit, Together With The Offer, Technical Data Sheets Or Other Documents Confirming That The Offered Equivalent Solutions Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Described In The Subject Of The Order. Equivalent Solutions Must Have Technical, Operational And Assembly Parameters Not Worse Than Those Obtained By Implementation According To The Designers Instructions And Provided That Their Use Does Not Result In The Need To Change The Solutions Contained In The Documentation, And Is Approved By The Ordering Partys Representatives.6. If The Ordering Party Does Not Provide The Minimum Parameters That Would Confirm This Equivalence, The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer A Product With Similar Properties, Functionally Suitable For The Required Application.7.
